To the rear is the main living area accompanied by the unique kitchen which is fitted with Jarrah cabinetry and bamboo accents. Quality appliances, plenty of Corrian benches and cupboard space make this a kitchen that will never go out of style. For the winter months the main living area has a genuine open fireplace and plantation shutters throughout. Tall ceilings and a bright north and west aspect to main areas keep the home light and open. Your outdoor entertaining area will be the envy of all your friends. The spacious alfresco area and stunning landscaped gardens on a watering system, combined with the outlook of the salt chlorinated, solar heated pool, completes this Balinese feel.
One of my favourite parts of the home is the master suite. Like most master suites it has the walk-in robe and a ensuite bathroom, but most homes don’t have an outdoor ensuite shower in your own private Balinese garden. The detail of the thatched Balinese Chandi mixed with large hand carved stone features provides a private sanctuary. Only quality fittings and finishes have been used in this home including pure wool carpets and mahogany flooring. Peace of mind with the security system, access to the club house with all its sporting, entertainment and hospitality areas ensures nothing has been forgotten.
