The face that smiles and greets you, the Director of First Impressions, Jude epitomises the warmth, care and personable nature that is ‘Property One.’

After 21 years at Sealy Posturepedic as an Administration Supervisor and then Personal Assistant to the General Manager, Jude made the change to Property One, after reconnecting with Director, Peter Hansen at a market appraisal to sell her home.

She loves the relaxed atmosphere of the company, like they are all family. Everyone pitches in to help, and no question is too big or small. Each day Jude comes to work, she familiarises herself with all the properties for sale and lease, so she can give enquiries over the phone or at the front desk an informed narration of what the property has to offer, it’s inspection times and the location.

Ahh, the location. Jude absolutely loves everything about the area. She grew up in Bonbeach and Chelsea, she lives in Patterson Lakes, and she knows all about the restaurants, the cafes, the schools, the footy clubs, she even knows how often the train comes, and what you need to do to get a beach parking permit. She’s a wealth of information.

Jude is the friendly face you want on your team. She helps keep the team organised, is eager to learn, and her youthful qualities outshine her mature years.

Danielle has had a varied and extensive working career in property management, clocking up an impressive 19 years experience. She has seen all the legislation changes, the impact on the market as rents go up and down, the good and the bad in tenants, as well as the various extremes when it comes to landlords. Yet she knows and enjoys that she is put in the privileged position to look after her clients’ assets.

Yet she knows and enjoys that she is put in the privileged position to look after her clients’ assets.

Danielle prides herself on her open, honest and upfront management style, with emphasis on her good communication and organisational skills and strong knowledge of the residential tenancies act. She has empathy for her landlords, as she has shared this experience personally, going through the same legislation changes, the same tenant demands and the same maintenance issues with her investment properties. She understands the end focus, the need to build their capital value, as well as provide a comfortable space for their tenants to live. Danielle also has 10 years’ experience as a tenant herself, providing her with a rich perspective from both sides.

Danielle runs a smaller boutique portfolio, ensuring she gives her landlords and tenants the attention they deserve. She has extensive knowledge of the local area, the demographics and quality of the properties she manages. She also helps with business development, being very particular in the types of properties Property One takes under their management, knowing that they can provide quality tenants for their landlords. 

Outside of work, Danielle calls the Mornington Peninsula home. With her trio of loyal canine companions by her side, she loves exploring the bustling markets, savours tranquil weekends away, and enjoys a road trip. Whether tending to her garden or sharing laughter with cherished friends, Danielle finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. And when the day winds down, you’ll often find her cozied up with her dogs, indulging in a Netflix binge session.

The daughter of a local real estate agent with a family who has been quite present in the community for over 50 years, Caitlin has lived her whole life in Bonbeach. The family tradition continues, as her family have been associated with the Bonbeach Football Club, Bonbeach Primary School and the Bonbeach Life Saving Club over the years, and now her daughters get to experience the social traditions too.

Caitlin came to Property One because of her personal experience with buying, selling and renovating to build wealth in the suburbs she loves. From her own experiences, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and being part of James Bell’s team helping their clients display their home in the best light. She loves the balance of the experience, explaining to vendors their home’s best angles and creating an appealing narration, while also celebrating the positives about the property with prospective purchasers. Caitlin continues the relationship with their sellers and buyers beyond the sale, so both parties feel supported throughout the process.
